  If I could, I would give the 10 stars. My old phone suddenly died a couple of days ago. I called Best Buy to ask for advice/help. After endless waits and several transfers, when I finally got to a live person she asked me how the weather was. 'Cold,' I said, 'what's it like where you are? And where are you?' "The Philippines', she answered. I called around to other local shops, and got similar responses. When I finally called T-Mobile, Jess answered on the second ring. I explained my problem. She gave me an appointment within 30 minutes, and then spent 3 hours working with me, always cheerful, always helpful. And she gave me a great deal (two for one). I have since called on a couple of occasions, someone always answers by the second ring and they always sound delighted to speak to me. WOW!
